Everytime I click on the 'More Info' or 'Order' button nothing
happens, why?
This could happen for several reasons. Make sure your browser
has cookies and javascript enabled. If either are disabled you
will not be able to view the 'More Info' file and you not be
able to place an order.
The
'More Info' file and the 'Shopping Cart' appear as pop-ups.
If you have disabled pop-ups via your anti-virus software or
a pop-up killer program, you will not be able to view the 'More
Info' file and you not be able to place an order. Please enable
pop-ups whilst you are on our site.
If
you have downloaded Internet Explorer 6 SP1 you may be experiencing
problems. To check this click Start>Settings>Control Panel>Add/Remove
Programs. If a blank white box appears with writing offset to
the left and 'Cl&ose' appears in the grey button then you
need to re-install IE6 SP1. Download
IE6 SP1. Click yes when asked whether you want to re-install
the software and restart your computer.

What are cookies?

are stored on your computer. Our site uses a cookie in order
to keep track of the items in your shopping cart and, if you
choose, your name and address details so that you do not have
to enter them the next time you visit this site.

of the Internet.
Cookies can't transmit computer viruses, they can't be used
to inspect the contents of your hard disk and they can't be
used to secretly extract information such as your email address.

Internet Explorer 4.x, go to View/Internet Options/Advanced/Security/Cookies

5.x, go to Tools/Internet Options/Security/Internet/Cookies

6.x go to Tools/Internet Options/Privacy and set the Settings
slider down to Medium and click Apply to save.
In
Netscape Navigator, go to Edit/Preferences.

How do I enable Javascript?
To
enable Javascript in your browser, follow these steps:
Select
the 'Tools' item from the top menu bar, choose 'Internet Options',
click the 'Security Tab' then click the button 'Custom Level'.
Locate the SCRIPTING heading and enable the 'Active Scripting'
item. Click OK to save the changes.

How do I ammend the quantity in the Shopping Cart?
Click
'Order'. This brings up the Shopping Cart. Highlight the quantity
(the default is 1), press delete. Type the desired quantity
then click 'Refresh'. The Shopping Cart will automatically re-calculate
the prices.
