Delivery & Back Orders

Our current delivery time is 2-4 days (CD/DVD Duplicators will take 5-7 days).

You will receive an email when you place your order confirming the items ordered. We will then send another email to you when your goods have been despatched.

If we are out of stock, your order will be put on back order. We will then send an email to you, where you have the option to cancel the order if you do not want to wait.

If your order is under 2.0kgs, it will be sent by Royal Mail. Above this weight, we will send your order by Initial City Link. Please be aware that Initial City Link will require a signature at the delivery point.

Currently, this website can only accept UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & the Scottish Isles delivery addresses. For Worldwide & European Mainland destinations please contact us.
